A customer was losing money due to human boxing errors—either giving away free product or upsetting customers with underfilled boxes. We designed and built a machine that singulated product, counted accurately, and boxed the correct quantity consistently.

Vision-Guided Part Orientation to Increase Packaging Line Speed
A robotic packaging line was slowed down by mis-oriented incoming parts. We designed and integrated a machine vision system that detected orientation and automatically corrected it, improving robot uptime and increasing throughput.

Assembly Verification Fixture Detecting Hidden Bearing Load Errors
A customer needed to detect an assembly issue that could not be reliably detected by humans. We built a prototype verification device that measured subtle bearing load conditions and provided repeatable pass/fail results.
