Why Custom Test Equipment

Off-the-shelf instruments and manual checks often don’t match real production needs—especially when throughput,
tolerances, or traceability matter. Custom test systems close that gap with purpose-built fixtures, sensing, and
automated workflows.

Benefits include:

  • Repeatability — consistent results independent of operator
  • Speed — reduced test time and higher throughput
  • Traceability — logged results for quality records and audits
  • Product insight — measure what generic tools can’t capture well

We build test equipment as cohesive production tools—mechanical, controls, and data collection engineered together.

Types of Systems We Build

From simple fixtures to automated stations with full data capture—built to match your product, tolerances, and throughput.

Automated Test Fixtures

Repeatable functional validation tailored to your product.

  • End-of-line testing fixtures
  • Electrical functional testing
  • Leak / pressure testing
  • Torque verification

Measurement & Analysis Systems

Sensor-driven measurement with usable reporting.

  • Force / torque measurement
  • Dimensional verification
  • Calibration stations
  • Vibration / motion analysis

Endurance & Reliability Testing

Simulate real-world usage to validate lifetime performance.

  • Life-cycle testing
  • Wear testing
  • Load cycling
  • Environmental exposure (as required)

Vision & Inspection Systems

Automated inspection using cameras and sensors for consistent verification and error-proofing.

  • Orientation detection
  • Surface / feature inspection
  • Assembly verification
  • Barcode / marking verification

Our Approach

Test equipment succeeds when requirements, mechanics, sensing, controls, and data are defined together.
Our process is practical and production-oriented:

  1. Define test requirements — what to measure, limits, cycle time, pass/fail criteria
  2. Design the system — fixturing, sensors, controls, safety, operator workflow
  3. Build & integrate — fabrication, wiring, software, integration
  4. Validate with real data — repeatability checks, documentation, tuning

The goal is a reliable production tool that produces confident decisions—not a fragile lab setup.

Technologies & Capabilities

Built to match your product, data needs, and production environment.

  • Precision CNC machined fixtures
  • Embedded control systems and PLCs
  • Motion control integration
  • Sensor integration and calibration
  • Data acquisition and logging
  • Operator HMI development
  • Test reporting / traceability
  • Vision system integration (as required)

Example Applications

Leak Testing Equipment

Test aluminum die castings, plastic molded parts and custom machined products for leakage at variable pressures and pass or fail depending on the outcome.

Automated Bearing Performance Test

Measures torque and temperature under controlled load while logging performance over time for validation and comparison.

Production Functional Test Station

Guided operator workflow with pass/fail criteria, part identification, and traceable data capture for each unit.

Visual Orientation and Validation

The use of vision systems to check for orientation and then built a system to re-orient the incorrect parts and integrated this into an existing robot line
